The agent roster

Nine agents. One case file. Nothing files itself.

A Peach case is not a chatbot with a folder attached. It is a container that 40+ background workers act on every day: reading documents the moment they land, writing exhibit entries, drafting from the evidence, filling government forms, assembling the bundle, and watching every deadline. We group those workers into nine agents below so the work is easy to reason about. Every one of them stops at a point where a person has to decide.

Intake Agent

Sets the case up and asks the right questions.

Creating a case seeds its required exhibits, workflow steps and AI notebook in one step. Versioned questionnaires autosave, submit and reopen, and every answer writes straight into the client's Personal Database.

What it does

  • Seeds exhibits, workflow steps and a notebook on case creation
  • Sends and chases intake questionnaires with SLA tracking
  • Writes submitted answers into the Personal Database for reuse
  • Flags wage, job-description and SOC mismatches at intake

Proof

One create-case action bootstraps the whole matter; a 56-step PERM workflow arrives pre-built.

Human gate: Staff choose the visa track and review flagged issues.

Document Agent

Reads, labels, indexes and organises every file.

When a document lands from a paralegal, the client's PIN portal or the employer portal, Peach titles it, writes its exhibit-list entry, detects its year, categorises source-of-funds evidence and makes it searchable. "Organise Files (AI)" rebuilds the tabs without ever losing a file.

What it does

  • Extracts title, year, exhibit entry and SOF category on upload
  • Organises files into exhibit Tabs
  • Indexes every page for cited retrieval
  • Merges and unmerges exhibits, generates cover pages

Proof

PDF, JPG, PNG, HEIC, DOC and DOCX all become searchable evidence within minutes of upload.

Human gate: Use / Do Not Use is a human decision on every file.

Drafting Agent

Writes from the evidence, cites every claim, waits for verification.

The Drafter writes section by section from the case's own documents with click-through, page-level citations. Export is blocked until a lawyer verifies the citations and resolves every placeholder, in line with ABA Formal Opinion 512.

What it does

  • Drafts support letters, narratives and deliverables per visa track
  • Cites the page each sentence relies on
  • Narrows sources to the files you choose
  • Exports to Word on the firm's letterhead

Proof

92 platform prompts and 79 AI-drafted deliverable types across 13+ visa tracks, all editable by the firm.

Human gate: Nothing exports until "Verify citations" passes.

Forms & Wage Agent

Fills government forms and does the DOL wage math.

Prevailing-wage lookups run against the full OFLC dataset inside Peach, with ZIP-to-wage-area mapping and a wage-first SOC recommender. Structured facts flow into fillable I-129 and G-28 PDFs instead of being retyped.

What it does

  • Looks up prevailing wage across 770K+ OFLC rows
  • Recommends SOC codes from duties and wage
  • Applies the higher-of wage test for LCAs
  • Fills I-129 and G-28 from the Personal Database

Proof

770,000+ wage rows refreshed in-platform; no external wage-lookup subscription needed.

Human gate: Attorneys confirm the SOC and wage level before anything is filed.

Filing & Assembly Agent

Turns the case into the thing you file.

One click produces a Petition Bundle: an index, a cover page per exhibit, bookmarks, and Unicode-safe names. Files that could not be included are listed in plain sight, never silently dropped. PERM audit files and Public Access Files are assembled the same way.

What it does

  • Builds the Petition Bundle with index, covers and bookmarks
  • Assembles PERM audit files with sorted resumes
  • Finalises immutable Public Access Files
  • Produces recruitment reports and ZIP exports

Proof

Two-pass page counting means the index is exact, and the skipped-files panel is never empty by accident.

Human gate: You file. Peach never submits anything to USCIS or DOL.

Compliance & Deadline Agent

Computes, arms and chases legally material dates.

Premium processing gets a 15-business-day clock that knows federal holidays. PERM 30/180-day windows and the PWD 90-day validity are computed automatically. RFE and NOID response deadlines follow the printed notice date. Alerts are claimed before they are sent, so nobody is emailed twice.

What it does

  • Premium-processing clock, federal-holiday aware
  • PERM recruitment windows and PWD validity
  • RFE/NOID, I-94 expiry and extension-window tracking
  • Tiered alerts to paralegal, employer and beneficiary

Proof

Every deadline carries its own alert ladder and a claim ledger that blocks duplicate sends.

Human gate: Firms decide who is alerted; client emails require an explicit opt-in.

Status Watcher

Ingests notices and watches agency state.

Scanned I-797 notices land in the Mailroom, are classified as receipt, approval, RFE, NOID or denial, matched to their case and attached. An RFE arms its own response deadline the moment it is attached. Cases whose status goes stale get flagged.

What it does

  • Classifies I-797 family notices on arrival
  • Matches notices to cases and attaches them
  • Arms RFE and NOID deadlines automatically
  • Flags stale USCIS and DOL statuses

Proof

Mailroom pipeline: Queued, Extracting, Extracted, Matched, Attached, with a Triage queue for anything uncertain.

Human gate: Uncertain matches go to Triage for a person to resolve.

Communications Agent

Keeps client, employer and team informed, with a human on Send.

Step and deadline notifications, digests and firm summaries are prepared automatically. Every outbound email and SMS is recorded in an append-only communications ledger on the case, so the file always shows what the client was told.

What it does

  • Drafts emails from a one-line instruction
  • Notifies on workflow steps and approvals
  • Posts to Slack and receives replies
  • Logs every email and SMS to the case ledger

Proof

Two doors: "Send now" for your own client, "Send for approval" when a reviewer should look first.

Human gate: Staff prepare; a person presses Send.

Ops & Security Agent

Meters, purges and audits the platform itself.

A per-call AI ledger records every model call with its cost and alerts on spikes. Sessions, impersonation tokens and deleted users are swept on schedule. Data export and dry-run erasure work across the database, file store and vector index.

What it does

  • Per-call AI usage and cost ledger with spike alerts
  • Session and impersonation-token retention sweeps
  • Data export and dry-run erasure for controller requests
  • Subprocessor change notices

Proof

Firm admins see AI activity and cost per case and per user in the audit log.

Human gate: Erasure requires a typed confirmation after a dry run.
