Website privacy policy

This policy covers the public website at peachlegal.ai and its subpages. It does not cover the Peach application at app.peachlegal.ai, the applicant upload portal or the documentation site. Those are used under an agreement between Peach Legal (operated by Lanos Logic) and each law firm, including a data processing addendum, and the firm is the controller of the personal data held in them.

What this website collects

• Server logs. Our reverse proxy and web server record the requesting IP address, time, page requested, referrer and browser user agent for security and capacity purposes. Logs are retained for a limited period and are not used to build visitor profiles.
• Demo and contact requests. If you request a demo, the form opens your email client with the details you entered. Nothing is stored on our servers until you choose to send that email. We keep the resulting correspondence to respond to you and to arrange the demo.
• Cookies and analytics. This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies and uses no third-party tracking scripts. If we add privacy-preserving analytics in future we will update this page first.
• Fonts and images. Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address and browser details as part of serving the font files, under Google's privacy policy. Photographs are served from our own servers.

How we use it

To keep the site available and secure, to answer your enquiries, and to understand in aggregate which pages are read. We do not sell or rent visitor information, and we do not share it with third parties except the infrastructure providers needed to run the site (hosting and email delivery), who act on our instructions.

Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, and to object to processing. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. If you are a client or employee of a law firm that uses Peach, please direct requests about case data to that firm, which controls it; we will assist the firm in answering.

Security

The website is served over HTTPS only. Details of how the Peach application protects firm data are published on our security page, including the controls that are still in progress.

Children

This website is intended for law firms and their staff. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16 through it.

Changes

We will post any changes here with a new "last updated" date. Material changes to how the Peach application processes data are notified to firms directly under their agreement, including 30 days' notice of subprocessor changes.
