The platform
Everything a case needs, in one file.
Peach is one case file that a firm, its clients and its employer contacts all work from. Documents, questionnaires, deadlines, drafts and exhibits live together, and the platform keeps them consistent as a case moves from intake to a filing-ready bundle.

From upload to exhibit
How a document becomes an exhibit
Five steps run on every file Peach receives, whether it arrives from a paralegal, a client’s PIN portal or the employer portal.
Upload
PIN portal, employer portal or a plain drag-and-drop onto the case, from a paralegal, a client or HR.
Extract
Title, document year, exhibit-list entry and SOF bucket are written automatically, and the page is indexed for search.
Organise
Files land in exhibit Tabs. Use / Do Not Use is a human call on every file, never an automatic one.
Draft
The Drafter writes from the case’s own evidence with page-level citations, and export waits on a verify gate.
Assemble
The Petition Bundle adds an index, a cover page per exhibit and bookmarks, ready to file.
Every seat
Built for every seat at the table
Staff, firm admins, employers and applicants each see exactly their own slice of the same case.

Coverage
Visa tracks
13+ tracks, each with its own exhibits, workflow steps and prompts your firm can edit.
Output
Filing readiness, not just drafting
A drafted paragraph is not a filed petition. Peach also produces the documents an office actually files.
- Petition Bundle: index, exhibit covers and bookmarks in one PDF
- Exhibit cover pages, generated or uploaded
- I-129 and G-28 filled from the Personal Database
- PERM audit file with embedded, sorted resumes
- Public Access File, sectioned and finalised as immutable
- Recruitment report for the PERM record
- Word export of any draft, on the firm’s letterhead
Two of the deepest tracks
PERM and H-1B, end to end
These two tracks carry the most moving parts. Peach computes the dates, runs the wage math and keeps the record a DOL or USCIS office expects to see.
PERM
- 56-step PERM workflow, seeded on case creation
- Prevailing wage request (ETA-9141) with its 90-day validity clock
- Notice of Filing and recruitment ad generation
- Recruitment log by step kind, with the 30/180-day windows tracked
- DOL Compliance Checklist: pass, fail or unverified per item
- Immutable PERM audit file once filed
H-1B & E-3
- Prevailing-wage higher-of test and the LCA sequence
- Public Access File, sectioned with suggested attachments
- I-129, G-28 and I-907 pre-filled from case facts
- Premium-processing clock, aware of federal holidays
- RFE (87-day) and NOID (30-day) response windows from the notice date
- I-94 expiry, the 180-day extension window, and amendment review on material change
Peach does not e-file with USCIS or the DOL. Your firm reviews and files; Peach prepares, checks and keeps the record.

Bring one H-1B or PERM matter. In a 30-minute walkthrough we will upload its documents and show you what Peach organises, extracts, drafts and assembles before you touch anything.
