Legal
Website terms of use
Last updated 10 September 2026
Draft. This document is under attorney review and may change before it becomes binding.
These terms govern your use of the public website at peachlegal.ai. Use of the Peach application, the applicant upload portal and the documentation site is governed by the subscription agreement between Peach Legal (operated by Lanos Logic) and the law firm that invited you, not by these terms.
Not legal advice
Peach is software for law firms. Nothing on this website is legal advice, and reading it does not create an attorney-client relationship with Peach Legal, Lanos Logic or any firm. Immigration outcomes depend on the facts of each case and on the judgment of licensed attorneys.
Product descriptions and comparisons
We describe Peach's capabilities as they exist at the date shown on each page. Features, visa-track coverage and the status of certifications change; the security page lists what is in progress. Comparison pages summarise what other companies publish on their own websites as of the stated date. They are our good-faith reading of public information, not endorsements, and the trademarks belong to their owners. If you believe a comparison is inaccurate, write to us and we will review it promptly.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the website or any Peach system without written permission. Responsible disclosure is welcome at [email protected].
- Do not scrape the site at volumes that degrade it for others.
- Do not present the site's content as your own or use our name or marks to suggest an affiliation that does not exist.
Intellectual property
The website's text, design, illustrations and code are owned by Lanos Logic or its licensors. Photographs are licensed from their photographers via Pexels. You may view and share pages for the purpose of evaluating Peach. Any other use requires permission.
No warranty
The website is provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate and available but do not warrant that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lanos Logic is not liable for loss arising from reliance on the website's content.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be brought in its courts. This clause is under attorney review and may change.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version. Questions: [email protected].
